Challenge
Two people make every piece after it is ordered. The shop had to be honest about waiting times without sounding like an apology.
Approach
One product component carries the making time, the queue and the price. I built the storefront on it and handed over a system of nine parts.
Outcome
Orders went up by a third, and emails asking where a jar had got to fell to almost none.
