Challenge
Desks were booked and left empty. People held a room for the whole day because giving it back took six taps.
Approach
Hold in two taps, give back in one. I prototyped the release flow first, because that was the part nobody had designed.
Outcome
Booked desks left empty fell from 38% to 9% in the first term.
