Terms of work

Scope

Each project starts with a written plan that lists what will be delivered, when, and for how much.

Payment

Projects are billed half at the start and half on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

Ownership

Once the final invoice is paid, the work belongs to you. I may show it in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.

Changes

Work outside the written plan is quoted separately before it begins.
