A spring is a design decision
Why stiffness and damping belong in the design review, not in a pull request comment.

A transition has a shape. Whether a panel settles or snaps changes how heavy it feels, and that is a design decision whether or not a designer made it.
Two numbers
Most motion on a product can be described with stiffness and damping. I keep three pairs as tokens and name them for what they are for: moving, opening, and arriving.
Review it like colour
Nobody would accept “blue-ish” in a pull request. Motion deserves the same care: name the spring, show it at a tenth of the speed, and agree on it before it spreads.
